Associate Technical Consultant

Overview

Plat4mation Saudi Arabia is hiring two Associate Technical Consultants to assist in delivering and implementing ServiceNow solutions for diverse clients. This role involves collaborating with experienced consultants, project teams, and client representatives to configure, test, document, and support ServiceNow applications, contributing to successful project execution. The position offers a career path in ServiceNow consulting, enterprise software implementation, digital transformation, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and customization of ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.
• Help configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, and platform features.
• Engage in testing, troubleshooting, and validating solutions.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and creation of project deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders during project phases.
• Contribute to system administration, data preparation, deployment tasks, and user assistance.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Assist in planning projects, monitoring progress, and supporting service improvement efforts.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Equivalent qualifications and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
