Job description
Main Purpose of the Role
Execute production activities following established methods and guidelines to ensure manufacturing of company products in alignment with production specifications, schedules, volume targets, cost efficiency, minimal wastage, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and production tools safely while adhering strictly to operational instructions.
- Continuously monitor product quality to detect and remove defective items or initiate their re-manufacture.
- Keep precise daily production documentation to facilitate accurate analysis of manufacturing performance.
Qualification Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Possession of a Technical Diploma equivalent to 12 years of schooling.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
