Role Overview
This full-time Associate Survey Programmer position involves creating and testing survey scripts, programming questionnaires, managing survey data processing, and collaborating closely with research teams. Key daily activities include scripting surveys, troubleshooting and debugging, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring smooth survey execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop surveys using JavaScript and Python programming languages.
- Implement advanced survey features such as complex logic, branching, piping, and randomization.
- Integrate multimedia components (images, videos, audio) effectively within surveys.
- Maintain clear communication with team members about project timelines and technical challenges.
- Offer constructive feedback on survey design and improve user experience.
- Conduct thorough logic verification, data validation, and testing processes.
Technical and Analytical Skills
- Expertise in JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML, JQuery, and similar programming languages.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and logical mistakes.
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to coordinate with teams and clients effectively.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
