Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering design at a reputable consultancy.
• Hold Chartered Professional Engineer status (CPEng) and National Engineering Register (NER) membership through Engineers Australia.
• Demonstrate high ambition with enthusiasm for structural engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in applicable Australian Standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in collaborating with external design teams and developing leadership skills to manage internal teams.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
• Enjoy fostering positive and long-lasting professional relationships.
• Capable of performing effectively both autonomously and within team settings.
• Dedicated to consistently enhancing both personal and team performance.
