Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous IT graduate with a strong foundation in object-oriented software development, relational database management, and enterprise system architecture to join our team as an Associate Software Developer for MWP Applications. The ideal candidate will excel in backend programming, database design, and seamless application integration while applying cutting-edge AI concepts to enhance workflow efficiency.
Key Competencies
- Object-Oriented Programming and backend software development
- Relational database management and schema design with proficiency in SQL
- Experience with modern software development frameworks and IDEs
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and enterprise system architecture
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application deployment processes
- Knowledge of integrating artificial intelligence, including LLM APIs and prompt engineering, is advantageous
