Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Adjust, you will be part of a close-knit team of three members, collaborating closely with cross-functional departments including Marketing and Sales. Your primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation through strategic outbound initiatives tailored to your region, directly influencing the sales pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads utilizing innovative prospecting strategies that emphasize mutual business alignment.
- Perform thorough research and engage in consultative dialogues with prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Take comprehensive ownership in aligning Adjust’s product offerings to meet client requirements effectively.
- Collaborate tightly with inbound marketing and sales teams to develop Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in Sales Development or Business Development roles.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese languages.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Exposure to the mobile advertising technology sector is advantageous but not required.
