About the Role
M/s Host Communication Company (HCC) is seeking a diligent and motivated Project Coordinator to assist in new telecom infrastructure construction projects, focusing on the JMS (site infrastructure) scope. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, technicians, contractors, vendors, and client representatives to facilitate efficient execution and timely completion of telecom site developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of new-build site infrastructure tasks.
- Assist in implementing civil, electrical, and associated works related to telecom sites.
- Communicate and coordinate with technicians, contractors, vendors, and client teams.
- Monitor resources including manpower, materials, site progress, and project prerequisites.
- Create regular progress reports and manage project documentation.
- Detect and address site issues by liaising with relevant teams to ensure swift resolution.
- Adhere to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and achieving project goals.
- Travel to various project sites as necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma, B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or related disciplines.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 4 years in telecom, EPC, civil or electrical execution, or site coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior knowledge of JMS or new-build telecom projects is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Demonstrates strong enthusiasm to learn telecom site infrastructure and execution methods.
- Energetic and proactive with the ability to work comfortably on project sites.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic skills in MS Excel, MS Office, and managing project documents.
- Preparedness to travel to project locations as required.

This position is ideally suited for a candidate who is hands-on and eager to assume responsibility on-site. Individuals seeking office-only coordination roles may not find this position appropriate. Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges from INR 16,000 to INR 18,000 per month.
