Role Overview
This role is a comprehensive 360-degree recruitment position that involves not only sourcing AI talent but also acquiring new clients. Your objective will be to dominate your vertical market and contribute to building the most influential AI talent network ever.
Compensation and Benefits
- 40% uncapped commission structure with no minimum thresholds

Location
Work from our centrally situated office located in the City of London.
Candidate Profile and Experience Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in high-level recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully winning and developing client relationships
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite level clients
- Exposure to the German market is advantageous
- Fluency in German language is a plus
