Role Summary

KBR is seeking a Saudi national to join their team as an Associate Recruiter. The role focuses on managing various recruitment activities to support the company's talent acquisition needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate resumes effectively to build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and understand open job positions.
• Prepare and manage recruitment requisitions.
• Conduct resume screening aligned with job description requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Issue job offers and conduct thorough document verification.
• Utilize Workday for recruitment processes.
• Engage and liaise with international recruitment agencies.
• Monitor recruitment progress across various projects.
• Manage large-scale hiring campaigns and bulk recruitment drives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience.
