Job Overview and Responsibilities
This position involves maintaining and repairing specialized equipment operating on both high and low voltage at client locations. The associate will function as the frontline support for technical issues reported by customers, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Duties include inspecting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, providing accurate solutions based on detailed analysis, assisting in the installation of equipment, and working closely with the technical sales team to align services with client needs.
Client Interaction and Support
The role requires acting as the primary contact for clients, managing their concerns proactively to maintain strong relationships and service quality.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 12,500 to 22,000 INR.
