Associate Project Engineer - Commercial Building Services

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entire project lifecycle starting from lead identification to delivering quotations, managing orders, and fulfilling commercial building projects.
• Engage stakeholders including ME consultants, developers, and end users by delivering technical presentations and proposing tailored product solutions.
• Analyze and review mechanical drawings and project requirements to recommend the most suitable pump and HVAC system designs.
• Coordinate timelines and ensure alignment among internal teams, contractors, and clients to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Expand and maintain a solid network within Singapore’s commercial construction sector to generate new project opportunities.
• Offer technical assistance and after-sales support to uphold customer satisfaction and encourage ongoing business relationships.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.
• Possesses between 1 and 3 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably within construction or building services.
• Has practical knowledge of pump systems, HVAC applications, and the ability to interpret mechanical or engineering drawings.
• Experienced in collaborating with ME consultants, developers, and customers through technical presentations and clarifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Grundfos or similar pump products.
• Exposure to tendering processes and commercial bid management within Singapore’s construction market.
• Experience related to data centers.
• Skilled in CRM software and project tracking tools.
