Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our product team at the Pune office on a full-time basis. The role involves close collaboration with design, engineering, and data teams to define product workflows, compose detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and develop features that meet user demands. This position requires deep product familiarity and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop precise PRDs and design comprehensive end-to-end product flows for new features as well as enhancements.
- Utilize the Predis product intensively and thoroughly to attain expertise exceeding that of the typical user.
- Create automations and dashboards to monitor product metrics and extract valuable insights.
- Engage directly with tools such as MCPs and Claude-based workflows throughout the product development process, with training provided.
- Analyze raw data to derive insights and validate product behavior.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI tools and iterate based on feedback and analytical data.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a product management intern is mandatory; candidates with up to six months of full-time PM experience are also welcome to apply.
- Proven ability to write detailed PRDs and chart product/user journey flows effectively.
- Comfortable with quick prototyping using AI-based tools and iterative development.
- Strong dedication to thoroughly understanding the product from the outset to become a power user swiftly.
- Quick learner with an aptitude for diving into product automations and dashboards; familiarity with MCPs and Claude workflows is advantageous but not compulsory, as training will be provided.
- This position requires working onsite in Pune, India, and candidates should be comfortable with this arrangement.
