Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join us as the first dedicated product hire. In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with the founders and founding team to help ideate, design, test, and launch innovative product features. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, can balance strategic vision with attention to detail, and is passionate about driving product growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with founders and leadership to shape and execute Recruiterflow’s product strategy and vision.
• Make data-informed, courageous decisions using both quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, customer success, and support to own the product roadmap.
• Work collaboratively in an iterative environment to solve challenges and develop product solutions.
• Ensure users receive excellent support to maximize the product’s value.
• Bring authenticity and a continuous learning mindset to your work.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years overall professional experience, with at least 1 year in product management, preferably focused on B2B SaaS products.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently taking initiative.
• Proven experience in creating and managing detailed product roadmaps with prioritized goals.
• Entrepreneurial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with AI tools utilized throughout the software development lifecycle, such as user research, documentation, prototyping, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical capabilities to tackle complex problems and deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling product features or entire products.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Location and Work Arrangement

The role is based onsite in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, requiring attendance at the office five days per week.
