Job description
Job Overview
The role of Practice Coordinator involves close collaboration with the PMO office and all project managers within a program to provide essential administrative support across projects or a portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Offering comprehensive administrative assistance to projects and programs, ensuring smooth operations under program manager guidance.
- Coordinating technical teams by scheduling meetings, organizing venues, recording minutes, preparing presentations, and arranging staff training.
- Supporting budget management through record keeping, financial analysis, and performance forecasting.
- Engaging with corporate departments such as HR, legal, and contracts for project-related matters.
- Tracking financial expenditures, generating reports and financial documents, and liaising with enterprise finance to maintain policy compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar project coordination role.
- Possession of business administration skills combined with technical knowledge is essential.
- Prior experience or background in tax-related projects is advantageous.
- Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable but not compulsory.
