Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role is suitable for candidates with up to three years of experience who have a strong foundation in business management, finance, accounting, or management information systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business planning activities including performance tracking and measurement.
- Conduct analysis and support reporting processes to enhance organizational performance.
- Communicate findings effectively through presentations and reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 4.0 on a 5.0 scale.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Professional experience ranging from zero to three years is acceptable.

- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) certification
