About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Manager for CASA acquisition within our retail banking division based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will focus on enhancing the Current Account and Savings Account portfolios by engaging business entities, traders, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new business accounts, SMEs, corporates, and individuals to open Current and Savings Accounts.
- Stimulate balance growth and deposit accumulation to maximize branch portfolio value.
- Promote and cross-sell various banking products such as POS terminals, Payment Gateways, Corporate Internet Banking, Trade Finance, and Wealth Management offerings.
- Actively generate leads through market visits, engagement with trade associations, and leveraging professional networks to acquire new-to-bank accounts.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance by completing all required documentation adhering strictly to RBI regulations, KYC, and AML standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing holistic support from account activation to ongoing service, fostering client loyalty and retention.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Banking, or related disciplines.
- Age should not exceed 32 years.
- Have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in CASA acquisition, retail banking sales, or sourcing financial products.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of Mumbai's commercial markets and hubs.
- Exhibit a strong sales aptitude, solid negotiation skills, and proficiency in verbal communication in English and Hindi; familiarity with Marathi is advantageous.
- Showcase excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional Information
