Company Overview
We are seeking Associates to join our team at our Gurugram center, focusing on international voice operations.
Role Summary
This position involves managing inbound and outbound calls with international clients, resolving customer queries efficiently within a fast-moving BPO setting while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle customer calls from diverse international clients.
- Assess customer needs and provide optimal solutions.
- Ensure clear, courteous, and effective communication to uphold high customer satisfaction.
- Comply with established process guidelines and quality metrics.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Open to undergraduates and graduates without experience.
- Graduates with prior experience in international voice BPO roles are also encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong spoken English communication abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
- Experience in international voice BPO is preferred.
Working Conditions
The role requires a 5-day workweek with two weekly off days on a rotational basis and involves working in shifts as per business requirements.
