Associate, Global Practice

Overview

Selion Global is searching for an Associate to collaborate closely with senior leadership on international client projects. This full-time, fully remote role involves working primarily within the executive search and leadership advisory domain, supporting boards, founders, and CEOs with pivotal leadership appointments and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to international client assignments alongside partners by understanding briefs and the underlying business context to enable sound appointment decisions.
• Engage directly with clients and candidates, providing updates, drafting correspondence, reports, and shortlist documents reflecting context and detail with precision.
• Monitor communications within your responsibilities to identify gaps, tone changes, or matters requiring thorough consideration prior to responses.
• Support The Selion Circle by assisting in program design, managing invitations and guest relations, collaborating with event hosts, and ensuring follow-up actions from leadership residencies.
• Maintain discretion and uphold the high service standards expected, without involvement in routine diary or expense management.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates come from backgrounds such as executive search, leadership consulting, founders’ offices, executive education, think tanks, or top-tier hospitality sectors where judgement and responsibility surpass administrative functions.

They should possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information clearly and appropriately.

International experience, particularly across European and Asian business cultures, is essential along with a natural inclination to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency and curiosity in leveraging AI and modern tools, eagerness to learn new systems, and pragmatic problem-solving skills in dynamic and lean environments are highly valued.
