Role Overview

• Oversee accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and year-end financial statements according to both HGB and US-GAAP standards.
• Manage revenue, profitability, costs, and cash flow.
• Act as a key advisor to management on strategic and commercial decisions.
• Analyze business figures and develop concrete recommendations for action.
• Responsible for the forecast and budgeting processes as well as regular performance reporting.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.

Candidate Profile

• Several years of leadership experience in a finance environment.
• Strong expertise in accounting, controlling, forecasting, and preparation of HGB financial statements.
• Experience collaborating with auditors and tax consultants.
• Preferably background in FMCG, retail, or beauty industries.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills paired with a pronounced business partner mentality.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Advanced Excel skills; ideally experience with Dynamics, TM1/Cognos, and Power BI.
