Associate Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join a premier Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Design Consultancy based in Ireland and the UK. This role offers a senior technical leadership opportunity for engineers specializing in building services design and consultancy.

Project Portfolio

• Pharmaceutical and industrial sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design delivery ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Support clients and collaborate with project teams effectively

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years’ electrical engineering experience, preferably within building services consultancy
• Strong track record delivering electrical building services designs specifically for Irish projects
• Experience in an Irish M&E or building services consultancy is highly advantageous
• Chartered Engineer status or actively pursuing chartership
• Previous roles at senior, lead, principal, or associate electrical engineer level
• Proficient with BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit software
