About the Role
We are seeking a qualified solicitor with approximately three years of post-qualification experience to join a respected international law firm's Dispute Resolution team in Dublin. This role involves working on a diverse range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, cooperating closely with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct advice to clients on contentious issues under suitable supervision.
- Handling straightforward cases independently from start to finish.
- Engaging in various litigation areas including financial services disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring, property and construction conflicts, regulatory disputes, insurance, technology and data issues, and judicial reviews.
- Taking responsibility for time management, billing processes, work-in-progress, and debt control.
- Contributing to the development of internal knowledge resources and precedent documentation.
- Offering guidance and mentorship to trainees and less experienced team members.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification as an Irish solicitor with around three years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience practicing litigation in a top-tier Irish commercial or comparable international firm.
- Strong academic background.
