Job description

Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join us as an Associate Director, Premier Elite (Onshore) within our Wealth Management division, located in Singapore. This position involves close collaboration with various specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to onshore High Net Worth premier clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with investment, insurance, and treasury specialists to provide all-encompassing solutions to premier clients.
  • Demonstrate proactive abilities in self-sourcing and developing new business through prospecting, referrals, and leveraging personal networks to generate new leads.
  • Deliver regular market insights and tailor wealth management product recommendations based on clients’ financial needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential client opportunities and ensure a diversified portfolio of solutions.
  • Offer personalized financial planning and advisory services aligned with clients’ investment profiles.
  • Engage in proactive relationship management to deepen client connections, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and support growth.
  • Understand clients’ banking and financial requirements, recommending solutions that meet their needs while providing an exceptional client experience according to HSBC standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of strong academic qualifications coupled with advanced knowledge in Wealth Management and a proven track record handling Premier banking portfolios.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets and investment products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective independent work and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Outgoing personality complemented by strong communication abilities.
  • Grounded, resilient, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Highly motivated to perform exceptionally in a challenging environment by accurately identifying client financial needs.
