• Collaborate with Irish and global tax colleagues to offer comprehensive, integrated tax services.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing clients and contribute actively to expanding the practice.
• Mentor and develop junior team members in a supportive, learning-centered setting.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified tax professional with at least six years of post-qualification experience specializing in international tax within professional services.
• Deep technical expertise in international tax principles and handling of cross-border transactions.
• Proven track record managing complex client engagements and delivering commercially focused advice.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and sustain trusted client relationships.
• Strong leadership qualities, with experience in coaching and developing team members.
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational capabilities.
