Role Overview

This role seeks an Industry Practice Lead based in Singapore with substantial experience in financial regulation and consulting. The individual will lead as a trusted expert, bridging Moody’s solutions with client needs, cultivating credibility, and steering solution design aligned with regulatory and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with client C-suite stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide subject matter expertise to guide clients in understanding and applying Moody’s solutions effectively.
• Lead client proposal management utilizing industry best practices to boost proposal impact and proof of concepts.
• Develop and implement market engagement strategies centered on key thematic areas.
• Collaborate seamlessly with sales teams, including Relationship Managers, Solution Specialists, and product groups.
• Analyze emerging regulatory and market developments to drive product requirement specifications and innovation.
• Contribute to the execution of sales strategies for Insurance solutions and related market positioning.
• Prepare internal market insights and competitive analyses to enhance organizational awareness of Moody's capabilities.
• Support sales, customer success, and market strategy teams as an expert coach.
• Conduct training workshops detailing customer use cases, workflows, and user personas.

Skills and Competencies

• 8 to 10 years of professional involvement in Financial Regulatory, Central Banking, or consulting sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regional and international financial services regulatory frameworks and contemporary market trends including financial stability, climate risk, third-party risk, compliance, AML, and responsible AI governance.
• Experience in policy making, financial stability, regulatory supervision, or oversight, preferably within regulatory agencies.
• Strong public speaking skills with an ability to communicate complex technical subjects clearly to diverse audiences, including C-suite and board-level.
• Adaptability to high-pressure, fast-paced environments with demonstrated deadline management capabilities.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with eagerness to learn AI applications for process enhancement and efficiency, coupled with interest in responsible AI practices emphasizing risk and ethics.

Education

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines required.
• Advanced postgraduate qualifications preferred.
