  • Conduct cyber threat monitoring, research, and analysis to stay current on emerging cyber attack trends, assessing risks impacting customer deployments and advancing cyber situational awareness and resilience.
  • Collect and analyze cyber threat intelligence to identify attack methods, trends, and threat actor profiles.
  • Distribute relevant cyber threat information to stakeholders to provide early warnings and prepare detailed technical reports with analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as the main cybersecurity contact for all global customers, including telecommunications companies, governments, and enterprises of all sizes.
  • Lead proactive threat hunting and support the incident management lifecycle, including recovery efforts.
  • Provide expert guidance to team members involved in preventive cybersecurity measures.
  • Develop hypotheses, techniques, and execute threat hunts across environments.
  • Collaborate with security teams and business stakeholders to deploy countermeasures and improve defenses.
  • Engage actively in group discussions to update on new threats and cyber risks.
  • Coordinate proactively with technical and business stakeholders and manage partnerships during security incidents.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Experience with incident detection, incident response, and digital forensics.
  • Strong familiarity with cybersecurity controls, regulations, processes, and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, IM8, and CIS.
