Since 2016, TKS has supported over 4,000 students from 60+ countries via both in-person and global virtual sessions, fostering a community based on leadership, growth, and innovation. Position Summary

Based in Dubai, UAE, the Associate Director is a full-time, on-site role supporting the Program Director in managing and delivering the 10-month TKS program to approximately 160 students. This leadership role demands a passion for unlocking student potential and making a significant social impact through a diverse range of experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Program Director to facilitate and lead engaging weekly sessions for participants.
• Design and implement experiential learning opportunities such as hosting guest speakers, organizing company or laboratory tours, and coordinating conference attendance.
• Act as a principal liaison with parents, mentors, and partners to ensure clear, timely communication aligned with program objectives and student achievements.
• Offer personalized mentorship, constructive guidance, and support to foster both academic projects and personal growth among students.
• Support logistical arrangements for unique student experiences including events and specialized tours.
• Drive student recruitment efforts by building outreach relationships with schools, utilizing community networks, conducting info sessions, establishing partnerships, reviewing applications, and interviewing prospective candidates.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in fields such as education, technology, or program management.
• Proven track record in designing and leading engaging educational or technological programs or initiatives.
• Strong enthusiasm for education, emerging technologies, and nurturing future leaders and innovators.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse student bodies and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving and dynamic settings, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

• Must have a valid work visa for the United Arab Emirates.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
• Salary offered ranges between 20,000 and 22,000 AED per month.
