Role Overview

Our Riyadh-based team is looking for a seasoned Associate-level Cost Management expert to join our expanding Pre-Contract Cost Management division. This position allows you to take a lead role in managing complex and significant projects, offering strategic cost guidance from the initiation phase through procurement to contract finalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects both independently and by coordinating technical teams.
• Provide precise cost analysis and reports to clients.
• Manage stakeholder communications efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is accessible for project success.
• Execute cost management functions with minimal oversight.
• Represent Currie & Brown professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and correspondence to establish strong working relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Preferred membership or pursuit of membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
• Essential experience in pre-contract roles within a global consultancy environment.
• Middle East or GCC regional experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, assertive, disciplined, and commercially savvy.
