Role Overview
We are searching for ambitious 2025 or 2026 graduates eager to begin their careers in private equity specialist recruitment. This role involves working on a 180 recruitment desk, identifying, headhunting, and connecting high-caliber C-suite leaders to permanent and interim opportunities within mid to large-cap private equity portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit top-level executives through headhunting and leveraging referrals and advertising.
- Build and maintain a professional network across UK and European markets.
- Provide clients and candidates with consultative market intelligence and insights.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate job offers and secure placements successfully.
- Expand market expertise and develop a personal professional brand continuously.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduates from 2025 or 2026, motivated to pursue a specialist recruitment career in private equity.
- Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments and can perform under pressure.
- Experience in customer-facing or relationship-driven roles is advantageous.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building professional relationships.
