Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all communications between clients and expert sources end-to-end, primarily by conducting phone screenings and negotiations to ensure optimal matches for client inquiries.
• Utilize advanced AI-driven sourcing tools to analyze intricate industry value chains, facilitating the identification and engagement of appropriate experts.
• Gain a thorough understanding of each project’s context, including market, legal, and regulatory factors affecting clients and experts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated total compensation for the first year ranges from £48,500 to £57,500, consisting of a base salary of £41,500 plus uncapped variable bonus linked to individual performance.
