Associate Center Manager

Overview

We are seeking an Associate Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our fitness center in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role requires a combination of sales acumen and operational management to deliver outstanding member experience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by promoting offerings to walk-in visitors and trial members.
• Meet or exceed targets for member conversions and upselling additional services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Manage daily center operations including class scheduling, trainer attendance, and inventory control.
• Address customer concerns promptly and collect feedback to improve service quality.
• Perform daily audits of center facilities and ensure all essential items are well stocked.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Possess a graduate degree, diploma, or relevant certificate.
• Demonstrate strong skills in sales, customer service, and basic operational management.
• Be prepared to present a formal dress code during the interview process.
• Required to install the Cult.fit mobile application and familiarize yourself with the company before interview.

Terms and Working Hours

• Shift options include a straight shift from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Alternatively, split shifts twice weekly: 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Centers operate with one rotating weekly day off.

Compensation

A fixed annual package of 300,000 INR plus performance-based incentives ranging from 7,000 to 10,000 INR.
