Role Overview
We invite a skilled Associate Business Director to join our award-winning and dynamic team. This new position requires working collaboratively alongside clients and creative agencies, integrating strategy, planning, investment, and creativity to achieve excellent business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with clients and agency partners.
- Lead integrated media planning and communication strategies.
- Work closely with investment experts to ensure optimal market outcomes.
- Unite teams toward shared objectives and promote a cohesive, one-team culture.
- Combine strategic foresight with readiness to execute hands-on when needed.
- Maintain high standards by championing excellent execution across all deliverables.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of six years' experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency context.
- Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and expanding business partnerships.
- Strong business acumen, knowledgeable in managing revenue, profitability, and forecasting.
- Proven leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Exceptional strategic thinking complemented by meticulous execution and attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence various stakeholders effectively.
- Possession of tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
