Role Overview

The Associate role is a full-time, on-location position based in Indore. Individuals in this position oversee the security of assigned areas by conducting routine patrols, monitoring for suspicious activities, and promptly reporting any safety concerns. Duties include managing access controls, verifying identification and authorization credentials, maintaining accurate and thorough logbooks or electronic records, and assisting in incident responses per company policies. Associates may also support CCTV surveillance, coordinate with supervisory staff and clients, and consistently enforce all security procedures. The position requires professional interaction with visitors and personnel, effective communication in both regular and emergency contexts, and strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor designated premises regularly and execute security patrols to ensure safety.
• Manage access control by checking and validating identification or authorization documents.
• Maintain detailed records and logs, both in physical and digital formats, documenting daily security activities and incidents.
• Assist in CCTV monitoring and observe for any irregular or suspicious activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and team members to enforce security policies effectively.
• Respond appropriately and swiftly to emergencies following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, clients, and colleagues at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Capable of performing vigilant monitoring and patrolling duties while following security procedures strictly.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify potential risks or irregularities promptly.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting within a professional environment.
• Ability to remain composed and act swiftly in high-pressure or emergency situations, adhering to emergency procedures.
• Proficient in record-keeping and documentation, maintaining logs and preparing incident reports accurately.
• Professional demeanor, dependable, and responsible towards maintaining safety and security.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site shifts in Indore, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Previous experience in security, facility management, or similar environments preferred but not essential.
• Any relevant certifications or training in security operations, safety management, or first aid are advantageous.
