As an Associate, your primary focus will be assisting dealers and their partners in utilizing tools and guidance related to advertising and funding. You will be responsible for evaluating materials and activities for alignment with compliance standards and brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing materials to ensure conformity with predetermined brand standards and guidelines, input findings into databases, and communicate these outcomes to advertisers.
• Review post-campaign activities to ascertain compliance with program specifications.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, organizing files, processing correspondence, and handling mail.
• Conduct website functionality tests.
• Possibly engage in quality control verifications to confirm accuracy and adherence to program requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising is preferred.
• Between 0 to 2 years of experience in a dynamic office setting with administrative responsibilities.
• Preference for candidates with prior remote working experience.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills.
• Capacity to organize multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
