This role supports the Village Manager in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment for all onsite personnel. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the village including accommodation, catering, cleaning, and maintenance services.
• Maintain the village's cleanliness and presentation to ensure it is always in excellent operating condition.
• Manage and supervise contractors to confirm that service levels meet company expectations.
• Coordinate room assignments, manage arrivals and departures, organize rosters, and monitor personnel movements efficiently.
• Develop strong working relationships with camp staff by providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Respond effectively to issues with a calm problem-solving approach, preventing escalation.
• Encourage and foster a positive, inclusive culture with high operational standards within the camp.
• Contribute beyond normal duties as required, embracing a team-oriented environment where everyone helps out.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in village management, hospitality, facilities, or camp operations.
• A strong customer service focus with pride in delivering an excellent resident experience.
• Practical and resourceful problem-solver with a composed and steady demeanor.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, flexible owner-operator setting.
• Ability to lead and motivate kitchen, cleaning, and maintenance teams.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
• Willingness to perform all necessary tasks to keep village operations smooth and efficient.
