- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions including technical proposals highlighting infrastructure, uptime SLAs, and security features, alongside commercial bids and pricing strategies.
- Liaise with technical, sales, and finance teams to compile and align tender documents.
- Maintain thorough documentation including company credentials, certifications, past project references, and required legal/financial paperwork.
- Ensure strict adherence to government procurement norms and tender deadlines.

- Engage with authorities for clarifications, participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations, and develop strong relationships with government departments and enterprise clients.
- Craft competitive pricing models based on market trends, cost structure, and long-term contracts, and identify opportunities for upselling offerings like cloud upgrades and managed services.
- Monitor the status of bids, handle contract finalization and client onboarding, and maintain MIS reports charting tender outcomes.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Sound understanding of cloud hosting technologies including AWS, VPS, and dedicated servers.
- Familiarity with data center operations and basic networking concepts.
- Experience navigating government tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other state e-tender platforms.
- Proficiency in preparing RFP/RFQ documentation and comprehending government procurement processes.
- Strong analytical thinking paired with meticulous documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet stringent deadlines.
Educational and Experience Requirements
