Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering courteous and efficient customer service.

- Collaborate with company buyers to decide on inventory purchases and oversee merchandising activities within the store.
- Supervise product inventory management and maintenance of materials.
- Plan and execute store events successfully.
- Recruit, evaluate, and achieve staffing objectives effectively.
- Optimize employee scheduling to boost productivity, profitability, and margins.
- Provide consistent staff training aligned with company standards.
- Focus on succession planning to nurture employee development for future roles.
- Promote awareness of safety and emergency procedures among employees.
- Support and ensure adherence to store operations, policies, and procedures.
