Role Overview: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you play a vital role in energizing shifts, maintaining high standards, and supporting the store team’s performance. You will lead shifts with enthusiasm, assist in coaching and motivating team members, and ensure that guests have exceptional experiences. Your role also includes keeping the store orderly, fully stocked, and driving positive team culture alongside the Store Manager.
