Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store functions and achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
- Motivate and lead the team to provide excellent customer service and improve store performance.
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining store appearance.
- Contribute to managing wage costs and efficient employee scheduling.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Ensure the store complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in senior sales support or leadership roles such as Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, or Assistant Store Manager.
- A proactive mindset with a keen interest in leadership development.
- Strong dedication to fostering team growth and delivering superior customer experiences.
- Ability to drive sales and meet designated performance objectives.
- Knowledge of stock management, merchandising techniques, and retail operations.
