Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Store Manager for our Napier store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, support and inspire your team, and contribute to the store's success. This role is ideal for emerging retail leaders looking to step up in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with managing daily operations and achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance standards.
• Contribute to visual merchandising, stock control, and maintaining the store's appearance.
• Help control wage expenses and support effective staff scheduling.
• Coach employees to foster their professional growth and development.
• Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and maintains a safe environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in senior sales or leadership support roles such as Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, or Assistant Store Manager.
• A proactive mindset with eagerness to develop leadership skills.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and team development.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Knowledge of stock management, retail operations, and merchandising techniques.
