Role Summary
We invite you to join our Berlin Wustermark store as an Assistant Store Manager, where you will be essential in overseeing daily store operations and fostering an engaging outdoor experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team both professionally and disciplinarily, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Provide knowledgeable and personable service to national and international customers visiting the store.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation.
- Manage inventory and sales operations using the store's merchandise management and cash register systems.
- Oversee material handling processes such as receipt, inspection, and storage of goods, maintaining smooth store operations.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrate strong customer focus and a service-minded attitude.
- Possess several years of retail experience, preferably within textiles, outdoor, or sports sectors.
- Display a goal-oriented, decisive mindset conducive to dynamic retail environments.
- Be proficient with standard communication tools, including MS Office and internet applications.
- English language skills would be a valuable addition.
- Be a passionate outdoor enthusiast with strong communication skills to effectively convey the brand's lifestyle ethos.
