Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles within retail apparel or customer service sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting key performance indicators like sales targets, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, shrinkage, and mystery shopper scores.
• Strong communication skills and adept at managing, recruiting, and inspiring a team.
• Keen attention to stock control and merchandising details.
• Entrepreneurial outlook with the ability to spot potential growth and improvement opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic personality with a positive mindset.
• Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance.
