Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in retail or customer service management.
- Well-developed organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial approach with experience in sales-focused environments.
- Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
- Legal eligibility documentation to work in Canada.
- Willingness to work full-time hours, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $56,000 to $66,500 CAD annually, determined by location, experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional compensation includes potential participation in a bonus program and annual stock grants.
