Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store functions to maximize sales, maintain inventory availability, and ensure appealing visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates to build a strong team.
• Consistently apply company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Plan and adjust work schedules aligning with budgetary constraints and business demands.
• Handle customer issues professionally, maintaining a positive shopping environment.
• Focus predominantly on inventory replenishment and effective merchandising strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience in retail, including at least two years in a management capacity.
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekend shifts.
• Able to excel in high-volume, dynamic retail settings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building capabilities.
