About the Role
Join the TOMMY HILFIGER team as a full-time Assistant Store Manager at the Eastern Creek Quarter Outlet in Queensland, Australia.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Provide leadership and supervision within the retail apparel environment
- Drive achievement of key performance indicators such as sales, wage budgets, units per transaction, conversion rates, average transaction value, shrinkage control, and excellence in mystery shopper evaluations
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and people management skills to recruit, mentor, and motivate staff effectively
- Manage stock control processes and maintain appealing visual merchandising standards with great attention to detail
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and pursue new growth opportunities within the store
- Maintain a vibrant, energetic presence and authentic positive attitude
- Uphold impeccable grooming and personal presentation standards
