Work Schedule

• Every Sunday off - no scheduled hours.
• Every second Saturday off.
• Three consecutive days off every second weekend.

Primary Responsibilities

Support daily store operations alongside the Store Manager, including hands-on engagement on the shop floor. Lead the team during shifts and step in as acting manager when required. Manage inventory, maintain service excellence, uphold store standards, and gain experience in all aspects of running a retail store.

Who We're Looking For

Candidates who have experience leading shifts, supervising teams, managing departments, training staff, or holding responsibility in fast-paced environments such as retail, fast food, fuel stations, hospitality, or pharmacies. Previous discount variety store experience is not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly wage of $29.46.
• Penalty and overtime rates applicable weekly.
• 17.5% leave loading.
