Role Summary

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is a passionate advocate for Pandora’s brand, culture, and products. This role supports the Store Manager to ensure the store’s success by actively engaging with customers, leading by example on the sales floor, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive outstanding sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Immerse fully in the store environment, champion Pandora's brand, and inspire team members to be exceptional brand ambassadors.
• Strive to surpass personal and store sales targets by establishing genuine relationships with customers.
• Exceed commercial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new records in store performance.
• Create memorable shopping experiences exceeding customer expectations by demonstrating deep product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Coach and motivate the sales team, promoting accountability for individual and collective performance through timely feedback and guidance.
• Engage authentically with customers to cultivate loyal brand advocates beyond simple transactions.
• Contribute to talent growth by participating in the recruitment of seasonal and permanent sales staff, including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
• Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth and brand-consistent store functioning.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of two years’ experience as a results-driven leader in a high-performing sales environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to connect effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Demonstrate strong business insight and analytical abilities to achieve positive outcomes.
• Excel at time management with skill in prioritizing and delegating responsibilities effectively.
• Familiarity with general computer applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and retail point of sale systems.
• Be at least 18 years old with valid proof of identity and eligibility to work in Canada.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift over 50 pounds, and reliably arrive on time.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from CAD 25.70 to 32.10, commensurate with experience.
