Overview
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Assistant Store Manager to oversee operations at our showroom while boosting sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive with a strong customer focus, capable of managing both team collaboration and customer engagements effectively.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate products.
- Drive showroom sales consistently to meet or exceed targets.
- Establish and nurture connections with interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors to cultivate business opportunities.
- Manage follow-ups on inquiries, quotes, and post-purchase services.
- Liaise with operations and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery and setup of products.
- Uphold showroom cleanliness, appearance, and brand identity standards.
- Keep informed about the latest products, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to upper management.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of experience in retail management or showroom sales.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop networks and build professional relationships.
- A customer-centric approach combined with a strong drive for sales.
- Interest or appreciation for design and aesthetics is a plus.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.

Additional Information
