Primary Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Store Manager by motivating and managing the team, including stepping in to manage the store as needed.
• Foster a customer-focused environment where excellent service, achieving business targets, and proper stock management are priorities, within a safe and efficient operational setting.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership by actively participating in commercial and operational tasks alongside your team.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and current communication to align with business requirements.
