Job Overview

Join The North Face team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Bondi Beach location, where you will support a vibrant team and help drive sales by sharing your passion for outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with your team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage visual merchandising to enhance store presentation.
• Oversee inventory management ensuring accurate stock levels.
• Maintain a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
• Step up to the Store Manager role during their absence to demonstrate leadership capabilities.

Candidate Profile

We seek an enthusiastic and energetic individual who embraces our culture of diversity, fun, and a family-like environment. Successful candidates will likely enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, or traveling. While a Retail Certificate is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

• At least 2 years experience in a similar managerial role or 2-3 years in retail sales.
• Proficient in computer use.
• Ability to lead a dynamic team with strong leadership skills.
