Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent the Store Manager during absences and handle dedicated responsibilities as agreed.

Candidate Requirements

• Successful completion of commercial training or relevant retail experience; career changers are welcome if they have a strong service mindset and affinity for the GANT brand.
• Preferably several years of leadership experience.
• Good business management knowledge with the ability to derive actions from KPIs.
• Entrepreneurial thinking coupled with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Confident and positive demeanor.
• Strong sales skills and the capability to represent GANT as an ambassador.
